Jason Garrett is entering his 22nd game this week as the Dallas Cowboys head coach, this afternoon he was given the dreaded vote of confidence by the teams owner. Jerry Jones on his weekly radio show said Jason Garrett is secure as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. We’ll see how secure his job is if the Cowboys miss the playoffs this season.
Asked on 105.3 The Fan, Jerry Jones was asked if Jason Garrett’s job was in jeopardy. “That’s not a question in my mind, that is… worth responding to. But the answer is no. We’re just getting started here.”, said Jones.
Jones continued to say, “Well, I do understand their (fans) concern and I would agree that we’ve had a difficult time this year closing out, and we’ve had some games that we should’ve, if you look back from that perspective, won.”
