According to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, the Jets are giving free agent wide receiver Braylon Edwards a physical. It looks like they’ll be bringing him back.

This only makes sense since both Santonio Holmes and Stephen Hill are still dealing with injuries. I’m not sure how much football he has left in him at his age.
I’m sure Edwards’ contract will be for one year at the veteran minimum.

Currently undergoing a physical, free agent Braylon Edwards is reportedly on the cusp of returning to the New York Jets. Claimed by New York off waivers after getting clipped by the Seattle Seahawks last December, Jets general manager John Idzik must ink the 30-year-old Edwards because he neglected to address the wide receiver position during April’s draft.
