New York Jets
The New York Jets have released their final injury report for their Sunday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and they very well could be without the services of cornerback Antonio Cromartie (hip, knee), who suffered a hyper-extended knee Thursday during goal line drills.
Cromartie did not practice Friday and is listed as questionable heading into the weekend. Jets head coach Rex Ryan indicated that Cromartie will likely be a game-time decision.
Should Cromartie wind up not being able to play, Darrin Walls (shoulder) would start opposite Kyle Wilson and Isaiah Trufant will play the nickel cornerback role. Walls has been listed as a being limited all week in practice with a shoulder injury and was listed Friday on the injury report as probable.
Tight end Kellen Winslow (knee) was listed as doubtful Friday after failing to practice all week and word has now surfaced that he has been suspended for four games for violating league policy on performance enhancing substances.
