After the Dallas Cowboys returned home on Monday from their season-ending loss in Washington on Sunday night, everything felt and looked the same. Jason Garrett survived "Black Monday" and held his usual day-after press conference, still holding the title of head coach. Tony Romo was still the Cowboys starting quarterback, despite another final-game collapse in which he three more interceptions (3) then touchdowns (2). But, despite the "normal" feel around Valley Ranch, owner Jerry Jones let it be known during his radio show on Wednesday that nobody should feel complacent. "I can assure our fans this, that it's going to be very uncomfortable from my standpoint, it's going to be very uncomfortable for the next few weeks and months at Valley Ranch," Jones said Wednesday on KRLD-FM The Fan. What could these changes be? Are Garrett and Romo safe? Will defensive coordinator Rob Ryan be back? Will Jones the owner take a serious look in the mirror at Jones the general manager? No one is for sure, but Jones believes something has to be done to break the Cowboys out of a funk that has left them without a playoff win since 1996. "Well, I can tell you that change is necessary at 8-8," Jones said. "Now change is in order when you spend two seasons in a row down to your last two games and lose them, so were going to have changes. "The point I would like our fans to know this morning is that I'm very upset. I'm very irritated."
