Everyone seems to have an opinion on Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant. Troy Aikman just happens to get paid to state his opinion about the talented but mistake prone third year player. “I don’t know of any player in this league that can do the things that he has done to hurt his football team and stay in the game,” Aikman said, according to the New School show on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. Aikman is clearly referring to Bryant’s muffed punts, poor rout running and at times lack of interest in the game. With Aikman being one of the Cowboys most beloved figures it did not take long for his comments to get to team owner Jerry Jones. “No one that I’ve been associated with appreciates protecting the ball or practiced or played the game to protect the ball more than Troy Aikman,” Jones said. “So I can clearly understand his comment. And Troy, one of the reasons we won, one of the reasons we had the great success is he was able to play the quarterback position, which handles the ball ...

Dez Bryant inches away from Cowboys’ greatness

Dez Bryant’s Out-of-Bounds Game-Winning Touchdown Catch Still Blows My Mind
The New York Giants beat the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday by five points because Dez Bryant couldn’t move his hand about 3 inches. Cowboys Won't Remove Punt-Return Duties From WR Dez Bryant Just Yet
Dez Bryants days as a punt returner arent necessarily over. The wideout, who made a questionable decision to retrieve a punt, muffed the catch and then fumbled the ball away in the first quarter of the Cowboys loss to the Giants, may still handle that role.
