Everyone seems to have an opinion on Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant. Troy Aikman just happens to get paid to state his opinion about the talented but mistake prone third year player. “I don’t know of any player in this league that can do the things that he has done to hurt his football team and stay in the game,” Aikman said, according to the New School show on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. Aikman is clearly referring to Bryant’s muffed punts, poor rout running and at times lack of interest in the game. With Aikman being one of the Cowboys most beloved figures it did not take long for his comments to get to team owner Jerry Jones. “No one that I’ve been associated with appreciates protecting the ball or practiced or played the game to protect the ball more than Troy Aikman,” Jones said. “So I can clearly understand his comment.
