PLAYERS: Josh Cribbs
TEAMS: Cleveland Browns

Free agency start on March 12 and until that date players can’t begin negotiating with any other team but their own. If players were to meet with other teams, it would be considered tampering. But that didn’t stop Vontae Leach from tweeting that former teammate Sean Smith was negotiating with the Chiefs. And it didn’t stop Browns receiver Josh Cribbs from going on “The Really Big Show” in Cleveland and telling listeners that his agent is meeting with several NFL teams. My agent has been meeting with several different teams. There is a lot of interest. There are already numbers brought to the table. Things are happening. Wheels are turning behind closed doors. Upon hearing Cribbs’ comments, his representatives J.R. Rickert and Peter Schaffer quickly went into clean up mode. Rickert took to his Twitter account to set the record straight. Let me be clear. @joshcribbs16 is a Cleveland Brown til...

A Guy In L.A. Takes Being A Browns Fan To A Whole New Level.

For one Browns fan he could care less about who the starting quarterback is, whether or not it is Brandon Weeden or Colt McCoy he is going to root for his Cleveland Browns from his living room  no matter how many games they win or lose. Did the Browns adopt the new system because they hired coaches who believe in it, or did they choose the coaches because they believe in the Browns preferred system? CEO Joe Banner had a plain answer last week when he met the...
