Two DUIs before his first reception is probably not exactly how the Jacksonville Jaguars would have preferred their first-round draft pick, Justin Blackmon, to start his professional career. The 22-year-old, No. 5 overall pick in last April’s Draft, was arrested for aggravated DUI in Stillwater, Oklahoma early Sunday morning. The Payne County Sheriff, Sgt. Brandon Ingham, told ESPN.com Blackmon was arrested at 3 a.m. for aggravated DUI and was jailed with a bond of $1,000. According to state law, aggravated DUI occurs when a driver carries a blood alcohol level of more than .15 – the legal limit to define a drunk driver is only .08. This is Blackmon’s second DUI arrest after a 2010 incident saw him arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being pulled over for speeding in Dallas, Texas. He was suspended for one game by Oklahoma State University for that incident and vowed publicly that he looked forward to redeeming himself and wanted to prove that, “...
