The Jacksonville Jaguars knew the risks when they selected Justin Blackmon a year ago, and those risks keep popping up. According to a report from Adam Schefter of ESPN, the NFL has suspended Blackmon for a violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. Shortly after joining the Jags last season, Blackmon was arrested for DUI.
