Head coach Andy Reid is wasting no time re-shaping the Kansas City Chiefs roster. On Thursday the team announced the signing of three players to their roster. DL Marcus Dixon, TE Kevin Brock and WR Mardy Gilyard. All three players have NFL experience and Gilyard spent time on the Philadelphia Eagles roster in 2012 under Andy Reid.
DL Marcus Dixon was an undrafted free agent that joined the league in 2008 with the Dallas Cowboys. He has logged his most extensive playing time with the New York Jets where he appeared in 22 games. He has 21 career tackles and 2.5 sacks.
TE Kevin Brock was also an undrafted free agent and joined the league in 2009 with the Carolina Panthers. His NFL career has mostly consisted of time spent on various team’s practice squads. Last season he was a member of the Buffalo Bills and appeared in two regular season games.
