The Kansas City Chiefs had a 2-14 record in 2012 and now they look forward to the 1st pick in the 2013 NFL draft. However with the 1st pick comes added pressure because you can’t mess it up. Missing on the top pick sets your franchise back for years. Just look at what Jamarcus Russell has caused. How do you know it wasn't engineered to make him look bad to keep other teams from showing interest? I don't trust anyone anymore. He was a terrific college quarterback in the SEC. In fact, he was a better college QB than Smith was this year in my opinion.
