Inside the Bills:
Bills OLB Chris Kelsay, who missed a pair of games due to a calf injury, could miss a second pair after the injury flared up again late last week.
Kelsay appeared recovered from the injury after missing games in Week 5 and Week 6 against the Eagles and Giants. But the injury cropped up in practice last Thursday and forced him to miss Sunday’s game against the Jets. Head coach Chan Gailey isn’t confident that Kelsay will be back in time to face the Cowboys on Sunday.
“Kelsay looks like he could possibly miss this game as well,” said Gailey late Monday afternoon. ”He re-aggravated that same calf injury and they said he should come back a lot faster than the last time. So it looks like we may or may not have him. I would doubt it this week, probably have him for the next one.”
It’s not surprising that the Bills would prefer to have Kelsay back healthy for a pair of division games at Miami and at New York, as those follow the Dallas game.

59-year old head coach Chan Gailey is in his second year in charge and he has the Bills in the playoff hunt at 5-3. Gailey has done this by amping up the offense for the Bills as they are averaging 368.5 yards per game on offense. The defense is still a work in progress as they are giving up 381.1 yards per game. Bills to hold kicker auditions this week
The Buffalo Bills are expected to hold tryouts this week for a kicker to replace the injured Ryan Lindell.
Coach Chan Gailey said Lindell's injured right shoulder is "not good." Lindell has been ruled out of this week’s game against Dallas but Gailey did not say if it was a season-ending injury.
The team also announced that defensive tackle Kyle Williams will miss...
Bills Will Need to Regroup After Tough Loss
FLAT! That’s how I describe this game. The Bills offense really couldn’t get anything going in their 27-11 loss against the AFC East New York Jets. I could go on about how the Jets played well on defense and how Sanchez controlled the offense up and down the field but I won’t. I just can’t stand the Jets and to give them credit for a great win makes me a little...

Bills Fail To Show Up; Dominated By Jets
Mark Sanchez and the New York Jets dominated the Bills on Sunday
When the Buffalo Bills took on the New York Jets on Sunday, they were playing for more than just a spot in the standings. The Bills were playing to earn the respect of the national media and prove that they are a legitimate contender by beating another elite team in the New York Jets.
But instead of proving themselves...
Pick 6 – Jets vs. Bills: Jets on a Buffalo
Matthew Kanter takes a look at the Jets win over the Buffalo Bills and makes six observations from the game.
1) Deeeeeeeeefense – Now that was fun to watch. I assumed the Jets would be able to handle the Bills aerial attack due to Fitz’s inability to truly stretch the field, but the clamps were locked from the get go. On the first drive, Kyle Wilson and Eric Smith both put...
