Three keys to Seahawks victory 1. Keep on trucking.In the past two games, Marshawn Lynch has had his two best regular-season rushing totals as a Seahawk. Even with Seattle losing rookie linemen John Moffitt and James Carpenter to season-ending knee injuries, the Seahawks have to start out trying to get traction on the ground against a Rams defense allowing the most rushing yards per game of any team in the league.
