Larry Fitzgerald Joins The Phoenix Symphony For One Night -
Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald will trade in his helmet for a baton Thursday night and be the special guest conductor for The Phoenix Symphony. The six-time Pro Bowl veteran will conduct the National Anthem. Fitzgerald said he was approached by team president Michael Bidwill one day, and Bidwill asked him if he would be interested in conducting the Symphony, to which Fitzgerald replied “absolutely,” and the rest is history. “Everybody knows The Phoenix Symphony is one of the best in the country,” Fitzgerald said. “It’s a tremendous honor that they’d want me to be a part of it.”
