The Minnesota game is the final chance some players have to sway the hearts and minds of the Cowboys coaching staff.
Isaiah Stanback is on that list. Injuries have chipped away at his promise, and in this camp it appears he's been passed by rookie free agent Kevin Ogletree. If the Cowboys keep only five receivers it's doubtful he'd be among that group.
"You can put too much pressure on yourself,'' Stanback said. "That's any business. Any profession. If you put too much pressure on yourself, most likely things aren't going to go to well.
"You just have to go out there and do what you're supposed to do.''
Friday may be Stanback's last opportunity to argue his case.
"Well, he's strong and he's athletic,'' Wade Phillips said of Stanback. "He's a very good athlete. He's big, strong and fast. You always want to give those guys an opportunity.
