Linebacker Keith Bulluck will officially retire from the NFL on Friday in Nashville, where he played 10 of his 11 NFL seasons for the Titans, The Tennessean reported. A press conference is scheduled at the city's Baptist Sports Park. From 2000 to 2009, Bulluck had 1,265 tackles and 19 interceptions for a Tennessee team that was frequently in the playoffs. He played for the New York Giants in 2010, but did not play last season. "It was great for me to be able to finish in New York," Bulluck said. "... But in Tennessee, I grew from a young man to a grown man in Nashville. The community embraced me and I played a lot of great football there. It is only right that I come back home to Nashville and let the Titans fans, the Keith Bulluck fans, and the people of Nashville have this happen."

Giants owner more interested in Tebow than Jerry Jones' butt-kicking invite
Who knew that New York Giants owner John Mara was such a cut-up. Big Blue's top guy walked into the cafeteria at the University of Albany— where the team practices— sporting a bandage on his forehead into a throng of media.
Reporters— waiting to hear what Mara had to say about Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, telling an audience on Tuesday, "Y' all come to...
Giants' Douglas trying to build on early buzz
When David Douglas was weighing offers from multiple teams after he went undrafted in April, the rise of Victor Cruz from anonymity to burgeoning star certainly played a factor in Douglas choosing the Giants. "I've always heard great things about Coach (Tom) Coughlin and about (the Giants) building up young players," said Douglas, a 6-foot-1 receiver out of Arizona...
Injuries force Rolle, Giants secondary to shuffle
With the status of Terrell Thomas' injured right knee uncertain, the New York Giants are hoping for the best and preparing to make changes in case the veteran cannot play this season.
Thomas re-injured his right anterior cruciate ligament for the third time in his career when he slipped in practice Sunday during the Super Bowl champions' third training camp practice.

New York Giants’ Antrel Rolle Ready to Play Nickel Corner If Necessary
It is debatable how much New York Giants cornerback Terrell Thomas would have been able to contribute, even if healthy this season. Although his contract suggests that General Manager Jerry Reese brought him back to start, there is a long list of players who have suffered major knee injuries and returned to the field as shells of their former selves. Regardless, his status for this...

New York Giants: Eli Manning a Future Hall of Famer
Let me start by stating I am a die-hard, true blue Dallas Cowboy fan. It all started in 1983 when I saw my first Cowboys game. I was nine.
Since then I’ve been hooked. I haven’t missed a Sunday of football in 25 years and haven’t missed a Cowboys game since 1992.
I live in central New Jersey and hate the New York Giants. Always have, always will.
It was hell for me...

Eli Manning said he isn't jealous of all of the attention the New York Jets are getting but— while the two-time Super Bowl won't go topless like the now-infamous Tim Tebow photo— the New York Giants starting quarterback thinks his backup, David Carr, should give it a shot to give the team more exposure.

Recently at the Dallas Cowboys' training camp, owner and general manager Jerry Jones told his fans, "Y'all should come to Cowboys Stadium and watch us beat the Giants' asses." The 5,000 Cowboys fans that attended cheered after hearing the remark.
It's honestly amusing that the very outspoken Jones has already lit...

Players of contention:
Ahmad Bradshaw: Rizzla has lower than Zach (16 to 20)
Rizzla (20): I have Ahmad Bradshaw ranked at 20 as I still believe he has RB2 upside, but I have him ranked lower than some others as he now has to deal with the more talented David Wilson nipping...
