Jim Leonhard joined WFAN’s  Benigno & Roberts this morning to talk about his season ending injury last Sunday against the Chiefs and discussed what’s next for him.  Leonhard told WFAN that right after his interception, he felt the tear as he tried to “push off” and that it was not caused by Chiefs WR Stevie Breaston, who ended up kind of awkwardly holding onto his foot at the end of the play. Leonhard told the radio show that he is scheduled for surgery tomorrow to repair his torn patellar tendon, but after that, things get much more uncertain.  Leonhard is in his last year with the Jets via his initial three-year contract he signed back in 2009. Leonhard was obviously disappointed about his injury, not knowing why it happened.  ”It’s just one of those things that it’s hard to say why, but it happened,” Leonhard said.  ”It’s obviously frustrating, especially for the second year in a row …  it’s not the way you envision your season ending.” While he was upset for his own o
