The Bills got back to work Wednesday in preparation for Miami's visit to Ralph Wilson Stadium, and they did so with a couple new players taking reps on the injury-ravaged offensive line. Veteran Kendall Simmons made his practice debut after signing with the club on Tuesday, when rookie right guard Eric Wood was placed on the injured reserve list. And Christian Gaddis was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster after guard Seth McKinney went on IR. Left tackle Demetrius Bell is still sidelined, so Jonathan Scott took the first-team reps there with Andy Levitre moving back to left guard, Geoff Hangartner still at center, Kirk Chambers at right guard and Jamon Meredith at right tackle. Coach Perry Fewell likes what he saw from Simmons, who won two Super Bowls during his time with the Steelers, and it's possible that he could start at right guard against the Dolphins.
