Detroit Lions defensive lineman Ndamukog Suh will not be suspended for an incident in Thursday's game in which his foot hit Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in the groin, but he still might be fined, ProFootballTalk.com reported Monday, based on a Twitter message from the NFL office. A tweet from NFL spokesman Greg Aiello reported, "Our office has notified the Lions that N(damukong) Suh will not be suspended for last Thursday's incident. It will be reviewed for a potential fine." That "incident" occurred while Suh was rushing the passer, and it's unclear whether Suh intentionally kicked Schaub in the groin area. Suh still might be fined, and, as a repeat offender, the fine could be substantial. However, Suh will not miss any games as the Lions make their push for a playoff berth.
