(By Joe Person, jperson@charlotteobserver.com) Ndamukong SuhOpponents say he's dirty. Ndamukong Suh doesn't care. The Detroit defensive tackle plays hard and has a knack for getting in the backfield. Once there, he doesn't play nice. That's could be a dangerous proposition for Cam Newton, who was sacked a season-high five times last week vs. Tennessee. Then again, Newton's not built like most quarterbacks. Right guard Geoff Hangartner gets Suh duty.
