Lions Gab:
The Lions have released cornerback Eric King, according to Tom Kowalski of MLive.com. The six-year veteran finished the 2010 season with 12 tackles in seven games. He didn’t survive the final training camp cuts, but signed a deal to play with Cleveland, where he played in four games. When the Browns waived him, Detroit claimed King to provide some cornerback depth and to contribute on special teams.
