“Lambo? Like the car?” he asked during a defensive backs meeting this summer.
Slay's veteran teammates were said to be "flabbergasted" that the first thing to come to his mind was a Lamborghini.
“I knew what a Lambo was, but I didn’t know it was Green Bay’s stadium. They said, ‘Man, that’s the stadium!’ I said, ‘Oh man . . .’ ” Slay recalled.
Fortunately for Slay, who's in line for significant playing time, his football acumen is much sharper.
