Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh faces a possible suspension for the second straight year following another Thanksgiving Day incident.
Ray Anderson, executive vice president of football operations for the NFL, confirmed Friday that a decision on Suh will be determined after the weekends games.
That will be one that will be reviewed, Anderson told NFL.com. It drew our attention.
The Lions' next game is Dec. 2 at home against Indianapolis.
The play in question occurred in the first quarter of Detroit's 34-31 overtime loss Thursday to the Houston Texans. Suh kicked Houston quarterback Matt Schaub in the crotch while trying to rush the passer in the pocket.
It was difficult to determine how much initial intent there was on Suhs part because he had been blocked and fallen to the turf when his left foot came up and hit Schaub.
