A dismal season all around for both of these teams, but the Buffalo Bills managed to come out on top and finish the season on a high note, routing the New York Jets 28-9. The Jets, due to a concussed Greg McElroy, gave an opportunity to Mark Sanchez once again only for him to disappoint. He turned the ball over twice, with of course, in what has become his season trademark, threw a pick-six to linebacker Bryan Scott. For Buffalo, the win didn’t excite many with the impending house cleaning that’s reported to take place with the coaching staff. "Let's talk about today," head coach Chan Gailey said via ESPN, who declined to say whether he met with owner Ralph Wilson. The Bills and Jets both head into the tomorrow with a lot of uncertainty for both staffs, but for now, the Bills can savor at least one last win for Gaily and crew. Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was 12 for 26, with 225 YDS and 1 TD in the win. C.J. Spiller ran for 59 yards and also scored the go-ahead touchdown late in the 2nd with a 66-yard catch and run. Brad Smith ran for a 4-yard TD, and Tashard Choice added 13-yard TD. The win snapped their 6-game losing streak to the Jets. var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
