Defensive end Mark Anderson could be the latest Buffalo Bill to be added to the team’s injury list. Anderson, who signed a deal with the Bills this offseason, left Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers in the second half and did not return. Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey said Anderson suffered a knee injury in the loss. “He went for tests today here (Phoenix),” Gailey told www.buffalobills.com Monday. ”He went for an MRI here, but I have not heard back on the results of that MRI. It was a knee injury.” Gailey said he wasn’t sure how bad the injury was, and he said the team would closely watch Anderson practice later this week. Also on the injury front, safety Jairus Byrd left Sunday’s game with what the team called a sore chest. Gailey said Byrd, who is also nursing a sore hip, may play this Sunday.
