Call the Academy. Mark Sanchez deserves a nomination.
Sanchez and epic his “buttfumble” have dominated SportCenter‘s Not Top 10 for 31 consecutive weeks, and now the legendary moment of infamy even has its own movie — well, sort of.
One avid YouTuber, nicknamed “Silly Burrito,” made the unfortunate Thanksgiving blunder into an early 1900′s-style silent film. The picture, entitled “An Unfortunate End,” which was maybe in reference to Sanchez’s fast-fading career, shows a sped-up, black-and-white version of the gaffe played to the tune of some whacky piano notes.
Jets fans may want to look away, unless, of course, you own this “buttfumble” jersey then you may appreciate the following. As for the fans of the other 31 teams, enjoy at your leisure.

I rather see the New York Jets Mark Sanchez run into the butt of his offensive lineman than see his actual butt anytime of day. The most notorious play of the 2012 NFL season, where Mark Sanchez ran into his own team, only to fumble the football, which was then returned for a touchdown. Why am I describing this to you? You know the play. But did you know that it was turned into a...
It seems that no one can get enough of the infamous "buttfumble" play by New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez last season, surely one of the biggest bloopers of NFL history.

Last week a video of New York Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez surfaced that shows him dancing—or at least doing something close to dancing—with two women in a kitchen. Ordinarily, this would not be a newsworthy moment in the QB’s life, save for the fact that he decided to get naked beforehand and let someone record him in the act.
Now I assure you I am the very opposite of what...
You knew it would be a long time before QB Mark Sanchez would be able to live down his infamous butt fumble from the Jets’ Thanksgiving Day game against the Patriots, and just when you thought enough time had passed for the lowest of the lowlights of Sanchez’s career to be somewhat erased from the collective memories of football fans everywhere, along comes a silent film based...

Mark Sanchez is going to be haunted by the infamous butt fumble long after he is finished as the quarterback of the New York Jets. Whether he leaves New York in two weeks or 10 years, he will never hear the end of that play. In fact, it happened in December and is still holding [...]
New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has now gone down in infamy thanks to his butt fumble.
That one single play from a disturbing Thanksgiving night loss last season will be with Sanchez for the rest of his career, regardless of what he does from here on out.

Sanchez and Buttfumble 2: Does It Really Matter?
So Mark Sanchez was last seen dancing with his butt showing on some Vine video at what looked like a female friend’s apartment. Embarrassing...
The Butt Fumble by Mark Sanchez during the New York Jets-New England Patriots Thanksgiving Day game is my personal favorite highlight of the year. Watching it never gets old, and this new silent film version is just incredible. I don’t know how people come up with these ideas, but calling it “An Unfortunate End” is putting it lightly.
It was just a year ago that Mark Sanchez had to deal with the signing of Tim Tebow. Now he faces an even tougher situation in the carousel that is the New York Jets quarterbacking debacle. And don't forget what is going on amongst the tight ends in New England. Who will Tom Brady have to target in 2013?Could this be the year that the mighty Patriots finally meet their match and...
Remember when the Jets went to 2 straight AFC Championship games in 2009 and 2010? Many probably do not. Those Jets teams were led by Mark Sanchez at quarterback and Rex Ryan at head coach. Well, everything has went downhill since those two playoff runs.
The Jets have become a huge mockery. Mark Sanchez’s butt fumble has been Sports Center’s “Not Top 10″ king for over half...
BY NICK ST. DENISIt's not T-shirt official like Mark Sanchez's "Jets West," but it's just as serious. This summer, New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie has hosted his fellow defensive backs for training sessions at Proactive Sports Performance in Southern California, and he'll continue to do so until the team meets for training camp in Cortland, NY...
