Sunday night Marshawn Lynch signed a four-year, $31 million contract, $18 million guaranteed, with the Seattle Seahawks.
This news came shortly after rumors surfaced that the team would not hesitate to apply the franchise tag if the two parties failed to agree upon a long-term contract.
Lynch rushed for 1,204 yards and 12 touchdowns in the 2011 season.
These numbers helped to ensure that we will be seeing more of Marshawn's skittle scattering celebrations in Seattle’s end zone.
