The Prince George’s County Police Department was plenty busy during the Washington Redskins game on Monday night per usual, but at least one person working in the department decided to have a little more fun than usual during the team’s win over the New York Giants. As with any other primetime NFL rivalry, Redskins fans were particularly rowdy before and during the big game. How do we know this? In addition to tweeting the hilarious photo of a fan sleeping in a FedEx Field suite that you see above, the PGPD media relations team sent out the following tweets during the game: As the game rolls on, fans roll out.14 ejections so far. #PGPDTweetAlong #Redskins — PGPDNEWS (@PGPDNews) December 4, 2012 The mask belongs to a #Giants fan arrested @ #FedExField Current totals: 4 arrests, 21 ejections #PGPDTweetAlong twitter.com/PGPDNews/statu… — PGPDNEWS (@PGPDNews) December 4, 2012 I’m not really sure what to make of this, to be honest. Just when you think you’ve seen it all on Twitter, a police department goes and live updates you on all the drunken debauchery and disorderly conduct that is going on during Monday Night Football. Too much, or the joys of social media? Chest bump to DC Sports Bog
