It appears that Matt Cassel has officially passed Christian Ponder on the team's quarterback depth chart. SOURCE: Adam Schefter, ESPNFantasy Spin:Christian Ponder (rib injury) has been cleared to play Sunday against Carolina but Leslie Frazier has decided that Cassel will get the start instead. With Adrian Peterson as the focal point, we wouldn't expect Cassel to throw for 300 yards but he should at least be good for four quarters of relatively mistake-free football.
