Matt Willis: Wide receiver, Ninja?

I chased Broncos wide receiver Matt Willis down after practice today, and when I caught up to him just before he walked off the practice field, I uttered a sentence I never thought I’d say in my career as a professional sportswriter. “Matt,” I said, “I need to ask you about this ninja thing.” Willis laughed, and then explained to me how he ended up participating in the American Ninja Warrior competitive reality TV show, which debuted Sunday night on the G4 network.
