Mavs beat the Cats 100-83 Kings review

The Dallas Mavericks going into tonight's game had never lost against the Bobcats. And they came out looking like the Harlem Globetrotters jumping to a 15-0 lead passing the ball all over the place and playing dominate defense. And as the second quarter opened up they took a 20 point lead, but I have seen this story too many times this year to get too excited. So I just watched and waited. I watch as the Mavs finally rolled out one of they're off season moves to get younger Shaun Williams wearing Finley's number 4. I watched like Malcontent Stackhouse was probably watching as the guy that replaced him on the active roster did some very nice things out there on the court as the Mavs went into half time with a 20 point lead still. I have to admit I was almost feeling good about this game, but because of the way things had gone I still stayed apprehensive. Then it was mid third my boy double G left with an tweaked ankle and the Mavs were holding steady at a twenty point lead. I tempered my excitement expecting at any moment the bottom to fall out, or the wheel to come off. Then a miracle happened they scored the first 9 points in the fourth quarter. Then the Cats went on a run and I was feeling d?j? vu coming on. Then finally with a 3pt shot Sir Dirk hit the knockout punch with a little over a minutes to go. They had done they had beaten a team they were suppose to, and won two in a row. Yeah?.ok that's about as far as my celebration can go as a see the Rockets looming tomorrow night. Lucky for the Mavs they are banged up a bit. If the Mavs can get a win there I might be able to turn off this damn panic alarm at least for a day or two. I have another point to make so I have added it here. I have had a lot of alleged Maverick fans coming to me and saying dumb shit such as I think they should trade Dirk. Dirk sucks. Dirk does not do anything anymore. I just want to slap these retards. Ok Dirk is sometimes boring to watch. Sometimes the other team can take him out of the game by guarding him with four or five players. Perhaps he has reached the point in his career where he has stopped improving?. You could say he is what he is . And what he is a top 5-8 player in the NBA. FSN had a great stat tonight as Dirk took over the game when the Cats were thinking come back, He put up 32 points which gives him 25 30 points games since 2007 that makes him fourth on that's list one behind A.I. for Third. He is ahead of Carmelo. One two? Kobe And Lebron! So give it a rest.
