Earlier this week, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was told to slide when he runs this season by President Barack Obama.

Vick now says that his first run will be a slide that is dedicated to President Obama.

“The first run of the year, I’m sliding, and you’ll know it’s for him,” said Vick.

Vick needs to slide or get out-of-bounds every time he runs if he doesn’t want to get so banged up this season.

Michael Vick Will Regret Calling Eagles a Dynasty

Some people just never learn. That seems to be the case for the Philadelphia Eagles who are once again at fault for self-inflicted mistakes after Michael Vick declared the team could potentially form a “dynasty.” In an interview several days ago with Comcast SportsNet, Vick stated, "When I look at our football team and what we have on paper, I think about when I was growing...

Mike Vick on President Obama’s message to slide: “Man, he’s got a point”

Regardless of where you fall on the political spectrum, if Mike Vick does indeed slide at any point in the 2012 season, I think that Eagles fans owe President Barack Obama a fruit basket, at the very least. Why? Because Vick, more than ever, seems to have received the message. When asked about his reaction to Obama’s comments on Thursday, the quarterback said that he heard the...

Brent Celek, sprained MCL Happy Campers is what we have in Eagle Land. No controversy, hold-outs or bad feelings, according to Eagles QB Michael Vick.
