Sportsday:
Todd has already supplied one Miles Austin homecoming note for Sunday's game in the Meadowlands. But because we know you can't get enough...
Austin, who went to nearby Garfield High School, expects to handle 18 to 20 ticket requests for the game. Next week's game in Cowboys Stadium against San Diego is the big one with 35 or more requests. Why? Luis Castillo, who starts at defensive end for the Chargers, also went to Garfield High.
"It makes you feel good when you have people out there,'' Austin said. "That being said, they're not going to be helping me out on the field. They're not going to be blocking for me. You've got to go out there and execute the game plan.
"But it's great to see them before and after the game.''
