DENISDee Milliner was a true freshman at Alabama in 2010 when then-senior Greg McElroy was the starting quarterback.Milliner, however, started 11 of 13 games as a newbie, which likely gave him plenty of reps going against McElroy in practice. After being selected by the New York Jets in the first round of this year's draft, the cornerback will have another opportunity to face off with McElroy, who was taken by Gang Green in the seventh round in 2011.“I’ve been messing with Greg, telling him I’m going to pick off a couple of passes from him in training camp,” Milliner recently told the Times Daily in Northwest Alabama.McElroy is the definite third-stringer on a depth chart that has incumbent Mark Sanchez and second-round rookie Geno Smith battling for the starting job.
