Money Where Your Mouth Is: Week 12 For the third time this year, in week 11, this “Money Where Your Mouth Is” article went undefeated. My record for this featured article is 17-2 against the spread and a picking percentage of 53.4 % in the year. Our best straight up picker Jonathan Taylor now holds a hit percentage of 72.2% after going 13-1 last week. Check out all our writer’s picks here. Green Bay at 1.5 I rolled with the Packers last week and they edged by with a victory and covered, so I’m going to stick with them again. Green Bay faces a Giants team that for some weird reason has convinced a lot of people that they will play better than what they have put on the field of late, but I just don’t see it. The Giants have struggled all year and I continue to see them having trouble in week 12.  The Packers have lost to the 6-4 Colts ( in a great performance by Andrew Luck), the 7-2-1 49ers to open the season, and the 6-4 Seahawks on a garbage call by the officials. The Giants on the other hand have lost to a (5-6) Dallas team, a (3-7) Philadelphia team, a (6-4) Pittsburgh team, and a (5-5) Cincinnati team. They have lost 4 times and 3 to teams with under .500 records, while all of Green Bay’s losses have been to over .500 record teams. Seattle at -2.5 After a Bye week to regroup, the Seahawks should come out rested and ready to ride Marshawn Lynch to the playoffs. Seattle is playing old school football and currently has the 7th best rushing offense in the league. On the other side of the ball their pass defense is 3rd best in the league, while the rush defense is 11th best. This is a team that is finding ways to win football games and against a Miami Dolphins team that doesn’t crack the top 20 in any category except rush defense, look for the Seahawks to have a field day. The Dolphins are on a three game losing streak, and in their last three games the ‘Phins have given up an average of 131 yards a game. Their average for the year is 96.8 yards a game. The Dolphins have also not beat any team with a greater than .500 record this year (Seattle is 6-4) while the Seahawks have beaten three teams with a record over .500. Indianapolis at -3.5 The Andrew Luck era has long since started and the Colts are not losing any sleep over releasing Peyton last year. The Colts have played very well this year considering the lack of depth or talent on the team. They have only lost 4 games this year and two of them were to teams with a less than .500 record. The Bills on the other hand have not beaten a team with a better than .500 record (Indianapolis 6-4). The Colts have 3 win-able games left on the schedule and are fighting to get in the playoffs so they have a lot to play for while the Bills on the other hand have an easy schedule to finish the season but would have to win out to have a good chance. But with Luck on his home field I see him stepping up for the home crowd and getting it done. The Bills have trouble playing from behind as proven by the two times they have played New England this year. They almost won the second game and I credit that to the fact that it is hard to beat a team twice, but the Bills proved it still can be done. With CJ Spiller carrying the load, Buffalo won’t go down without a fight but Andrew Luck and company have their eyes on the playoffs and beyond.

Week 12 AFC East game picks: Bills at Colts

Lead writer Nick St. Denis and AFC East Daily contributors Dan Begnoche and Sean Donovan pick the Buffalo Bills' road contest against the Indianapolis Colts. Nick's take: Bills tailback C.J. Spiller is slated for a big day against a Colts run defense that gives up way too many big scampers. Ryan Fitzpatrick will be good enough, and Buffalo's rushing attack will limit...

Week 11 – Buffalo Bills vs Indianapolis Colts

One of the more entertaining games of the early slate of games, if you like offense, will be the (4-6) Bills taking on the (6-4) Colts. This game has wild card implications for both squads as Buffalo is looking to get in, while Indianapolis is looking to cushion their lead. It features two of the games more explosive offenses, with both teams being able to move the ball down the...

Fitzpatrick comes up short in Bills' loss to Colts

The Buffalo Bills' defense sacked Andrew Luck four times, picked him off once and held the Colts' run game to 3 yards a carry. Also, Buffalo's ground game gained 5.9 yards of its own. The Bills just needed Ryan Fitzpatrick to deliver. And he didn't. Fitzpatrick missed a pair of would-be touchdown passes in the first half and was inaccurate for most of the game, yet...

Gameday Deciding Factors: Bills at Colts

After feeling the sting of defeat at the hands of the New England Patriots, Buffalo turned things around last week and picked up a much-needed win over the Dolphins. Indianapolis is looking for a similar result this week, as the team comes off a crippling loss in Foxborough but hosts the Bills Sunday. A win for the Colts would keep them in the driver's seat for a wild card spot...
