Bell signed a one-year, $1.4 million deal, with a $200,000 signing bonus, $100,000 workout bonus, $1,100,000 base fully guaranteed and $1.3mil fully guaranteed. The 34 year-old Bell recorded 107 tackles, 2 sacks and 1 interception in 2011.
