Every now and then, I like to re-evaluate the most dysfunctional teams the NFL has to offer. As we near the halfway point of the NFL season, this seems as good a time as any to once again take a look at the worst functioning teams in the league. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Embattled head coach Greg Schiano is leading a squad of little-talent players that have no fight left in them. Even worse, Schiano himself has been accused of leaking confidential information about former starting quarterback Josh Freeman. Throw on a number of character concerns and we have our most dysfunctional team of the season. The good news, at least for fans of the Buccaneers, is that help is on the way.   • Good to see schiano getting his come uppance, he is a major jerk and deserves to be fired right now, why wait til the end of the season.
