Lions safety Louis Delmas on his knee showed no major damage according to Anwar Richardson of MLive.com. This was undoubtedly good news for Lions head coach Jim Schwartz, who announced on Monday that Delmas' status was "day-to-day". Delmas is the heart and soul of the Detroit Lions defense but his knee issues have become chronic and do not bode well for the future. There is speculation that the Lions front office will explore a trade for a veteran safety before Thursday's trade deadline. Source: The Redzone Attached Thumbnails

Lions WR Titus Young isn't flying under radar now

The Detroit Lions have found someone to take advantage of all the attention Calvin Johnson gets from opposing defenses. His name is Titus Young. Lions RB Mikel Leshoure Misses Practice, Not Injury Related

Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartch reassured the media and fans by stating that running back Mikel Leshoure missed Wednesday's practice for personal reasons and not an injury. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A year after giving Mike Thomas a new contract, the Jacksonville Jaguars are giving him a new home. Depth Chart Digging: Week Nine

The Broyles TreatmentPhoto Credit: Kevind810 It's official. The halfway point of the season has arrived and can we just pull over for a second and take a breather? I mean, Calvin Johnson is miles behind us and is lost in some overrated city named Detroit. Arian Foster keeps churning and has established himself as a reliably legit “fantasy workhorse” that will go down in...

Lions-Jaguars Preview

The visiting Lions again look to post back-to-back victories for the first time Sunday against the Jaguars, who hope to avoid their second five-game skid in as many seasons. Backed by a high-scoring offense, Detroit (3-4) won its first five games and was 6-2 halfway through its 2011 playoff season. Though...
