Let me say if you don’t want to hear about how the refs screwed the 49ers this game, than quit reading now. I know the 49ers didn’t help themselves in the first half, but they also didn’t get any help from the zebras. This was one of the worst officiating games I have ever witnessed. From the no hold call on the Jacoby Jones touchdown, to the no hold call on Crabtree, to the no offensive pass interference call Smith, to the no hold call on the punter running out of the back of the endzone. It is safe to say that the referees screwed this team hard. And I hope Harbaugh goes off in his press conference. You gotta give it to this team though, down 28-6 and they didn’t quit. They came back and got within 5 yards of taking the lead. I know there will be head scratching on not running the ball to get those 5 yards, especially with Haloti Ngata not in the game. Oh well, we will always have coulda, shoulda games and this is one of them. It sucks losing, but it sucks losing when not only to...

  • I agree with you and that last hold on the 49's reciever in the in zone, while the ball was in the air should of given the 49's first and gold with about 1:30 left in the game. That is not including the rest of the calls the 49's didn't get.I think this game was fixed if you tell me
  • boo hoo hoo!!
  • With out help from the zebras the Ravens definitely would have gagged this one up!
  • CK had the opportunity to do what Vince Young did--on that 3rd down play from the 5, but didn't. I wanted the 9ers to win, but let's not be sour grapes about the chances---they were there.
  • Just like the "whiners" to complain and blame someone else for their mistakes. Suck it up and try again next year!
  • Now I understand why the 49ers are known as the fourty-whiners. Love coach H's hissy fits! They were better than most of the commercials.
  • I agee about the refs. If you will do your homework you will find out that the niners were very weary about the head ref since he has in the past have had troubles at a niner game. You would think a team, either one, would have the right to challenge having a certain ref as they do in a jury system. Bal did not win the game, the refs did. That being said, as one who has know sports for a good number of years, you play never to allow a ref to make the decision of a game. Sad...Jim should have been the winner...he was robbed.
  • Cry me a river....
  • Let me just say that i didn't care who won or lose, but when the game is one sided on the calls or no calls, then that is bad.If the refs did the same thing to the ravens i would be still be upset. It was only obvious that you could see all the no calls, and yet the refs would make the calls on the 49's right away.
  • Bunch of whiney bitches
  • Ravens had access to Jim Harbaughs communication. You saw how they were on the Niners like flies on sh*t in the first half? Like they knew which plays were being called. Then, ALL OF A SUDDEN, power goes out, ONLY Jim Harbaughs communication gear goes down, not Johns. Then it rebooted, Ravens lost connection to his communication gear, and they started getting spanked. Yeah. The commentators tried to cover it up before it happened saying "Now the Ravens might lose momentum". Please, BOTH teams rested. Sounds like John Harbaugh & co lost access to his calls and starting getting romped. Jerome Boger should be MVP for the Ravens.
  • You forgot about the late hit on Flacco out of bounds and the late hit on Rice after he was stopped. And by the way the penalty for holding in the end zone on offense is a safety!
  • Whom ever called in the last 4 plays lost the game.
in the end it is the coaches responcibility.
john H. says theat jim is the best coach, but John did win the S.B.

you have nothing, at least we don't have a two time murderer that we support or loud mouth CB's that punch in the pile and come out crying to the ref. then call us whimps. boy are you screwed up...whimp

Jaguars coach calls out Blake Bortles: ‘We expect more’

Through eight starts, the question remains whether Blake Bortles is definitively the Jaguars’ quarterback of the future. What we do know is he’s struggling in the present. The No. 3 overall draft pick, who started off fairly strong in Jacksonville, has plummeted in recent weeks, regressing to the error-prone ways that are typical of rookie signal-callers. Bortles has thrown...

Report: Jets prevented Ryan from talking about dad's health

Why would the New York Jets not want Rex Ryan to discuss his father’s health issues? Ryan’s father, legendary former NFL coach Buddy Ryan, is battling cancer. Rex went to visit Buddy during the Week 11 bye, but apparently the Jets don’t want him talking to reporters about the 83-year-old’s illness. Here’s what Manish Mehta...Read More

Kobe Bryant on 3-11 Lakers: 'We're not a 3-11 team'

While the saying goes that numbers don’t lie, as far as Kobe Bryant is concerned, the numbers that indicate the Los Angeles Lakers are a 3-11 team — which they are — simply are not accurate.
