The more things change, the more they stay the same for Ndamukong Suh.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Lions defensive tackle is facing NFL discipline for a low block that occurred during Sunday’s win over the Vikings.
Following an interception by Detroit linebacker DeAndre Levy, Suh dove at the knees of Vikings center John Sullivan, drawing a 15-yard penalty and nullifying Levy’s pick-six.
Suh, whose on-field reputation is well-documented, insists he wasn’t trying to injure Sullivan.
“I wasn’t by any means going for his knees,” Suh said. “He knows that. We had a great conversation running out at halftime, and he understood. My aim was his waist to cut him off.”
Sullivan deemed it “bad” that he didn’t see Suh coming at him. Vikings teammate Jared Allen said it never should have happened in the first place.
“[Suh] is a good dude, but that’s uncalled for,” Allen said. “This is a fraternity. In the NFL, you try to take care of guys. Things happen, and guys are going to mak

Suh was back at it again Sunday in Week 1 during the Lions’ eventual win over the Minnesota Vikings. It looked like the Lions had just...

Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been fined $100,000 for taking a cheap shot at Minnesota center John Sullivan, but didn't receive a suspension.Fantasy Spin:Suh took Sullivan out by diving at his knees on an interception return by DeAndre Levy.
Ndamukong Suh still hasn’t learned sportsmanship, and he’s going to pay big time for it. Suh laid a low block on Vikings center John Sullivan during an interception return in the Lions’ 34-32 win on Sunday. The block was not only low, but also far enough away from the play that it could easily be deemed unnecessary and almost malicious. The NFL wass considering suitable punishments...
