Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was reportedly in a traffic incident, according to Fox 2 Detroit, as on November 15 Suh was ticketed in Lathrup Village for failure to use due care and caution.Sources say that a officer spotted a black Land Rover driving north on Southfield Road at a high rate of speed passing several cars on the road. Just as the lane was about to end near Eleven Mile, the driver cut barely missing the car behind him.The officers cited Suh, but nearly two weeks later his case still hasn't made his way to court."The charges that were issued on the ticket, we're looking to make sure the charges fit," Lathrup Village Police Chief William Armstrong said.Apparently the officer thought the charges did stick, but the chief isn't too sure about the charges. The chief is reviewing the dash cam video. He also claims that the officers, who pulled Suh over, is sometimes aggressive when it comes to writing tickets to people."Quite frankly, the way that they ticket was written I don't necessarily agree with, but if the city attorney agrees, it would go forward as it's written," Armstrong said.
