Gary Brown is just getting his feet wet in Dallas, and he has a talented running back in DeMarco Murray to work with.
The explosive running back has shown the traits of being an elite runner, but injuries keep sidetracking him.
Brown knows he has to try and find a way to keep Murray healthy; he also wants to “shine things up” so to speak.
“We all know that the injury bug has bit him a little bit. We have to keep him healthy, and he and I will work together to just refine some of his things and get him better.
Obviously he is a good, talented runner. We just want to shine up some of his things and get him to be an elite runner,” Brown said, via Rainer Sabin of the dallasnews.com.
Brown is still getting used to his new workplace after spending the last four seasons as a Cleveland Browns assistant.
