Know It All Football:
New Orleans Saints
Kansas City Chiefs
New England Patriots
Green Bay Packers
This is the latest installment of Know It All Football’s NFL Power Rankings. The result are based off of the average of the writers who participated and ranked their own top ten. These rankings will be updated weekly.
1. Denver Broncos — Denver remains in the top spot after dispatching the Raiders in an easy win. Next up is a potential shootout with Chip Kelly’s Eagles.
2. Seattle Seahawks — Seattle holds onto the No. 2 spot with a laugher over Jacksonville. They look like the class of the NFC right now. They’ll travel to Houston this weekend for a game that could be closer than some think.
3. New Orlean Saints — The Saints are quietly inching onto everyone’s radar and up our power rankings. They be on display for the whole nation to see Monday night as the host the undefeated Dolphins.
4. Kansas City Chiefs — I’ve seen a couple of defenses as good as KC’s, but I haven’t seen any better in 2013. They’ll turn it loose against arguable the worst offensive line in football when the Giants

The purpose of Chip Kelly's fast-paced offense is to run as many plays as possible in the shortest amount of time to maximize scoring potential.
It worked for two quarters.
Since cramming 53 plays into the first half of their season opener, the Philadelphia Eagles have run 145 plays in the last 10 quarters. Not coincidentally, they beat Washington 33-27 in Week 1 and lost the...
Chip Kelly wants Peyton Manning to know that regardless of how much rest the Broncos and Eagles have gotten, the two teams can get it on anywhere.
After Monday nights victory over the Raiders, Manning called out the NFL for what he perceived as preferential scheduling for the Eagles.
“We’re coming off of a short week — it’s nice of the NFL to give Philly 12 days and give...
Cheer up, Philadelphia Eagles fans. With a 1-2 record, things may not be going as well as hoped, but there’s plenty of time for new head coach Chip Kelly the right the ship offensively. And as far as the abysmal defense the Eagles have played thus far this season, currently ranked 30th in the league? Something is wrong with this picture. We're one month into the season and Chip Kelly has yet to be named NFL Coach of the Year.
Wasn't he supposed to have revolutionized the game by now? In a sensible world, no. We would have given the Eagles' coach until at least mid-November. But after Philadelphia's opening win over the Redskins, Kelly was supposed to have already...

Looking back on the first couple weeks of the season, I notice a couple of things: First being that the Denver backfield committee is completely unpredictable. Last Monday night, Denver’s trio of backs had just about an equal timeshare with Ronnie Hillman making the most of it with 66 yards and a touchdown off nine carries. After the Bronco’s committee...

Eagles starting safety Patrick Chung again didn't practice on Thursday. Head coach Chip Kelly had this to say about Chung's status, “I don’t know if he’ll go full, but he’ll be with the strength coaches today,” Kelly said. “We’ve got three more days Thursday, Friday and Saturday but he’s not full for practice today. (Last week) we thought...
We have our first new #1 of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs! Even though the former #1 Dolphins got the win this week over Atlanta, the Chiefs dominance on defense edged them ahead. The Seahawks expected domination of Jacksonville left them at #3, while the Bears moved up to #4 as the Patriots fell to #5.
On the bottom side of things, the NFC East is having a rough year, but...
The purpose behind Quick Hits is to catch you up on the most important news, notes, and links that you may have missed from the day prior. Without further ado, here are Wednesday’s quick hits:
1. Eagles defense embraces the challenge of going to Denver and taking on Peyton Manning.
2. Head Coach, Chip Kelly shrugs off Peyton’s comments; says “We’ll play in a parking lot”...
How did Wes Welker and Peyton Manning know that Chip Kelly had gas?
The Eagles are getting crushed this week aren’t they? Yeah, they’re probably getting crushed. Best of luck bird gang, prove me wrong!

With the exception of the first half against the Redskins, one of the worst defenses in the NFL, the Eagles’ have really not played that well this season. I still believe in Chip Kelly as an NFL coach, but there’s only so much he can do given how bad their defense is and how flawed Michael Vick is as a quarterback. They aren’t moving the ball as well as they...
