CJ Sports NFL Talk:
The 2012 Jets season will represent the end of the deliberation on multiple topics within the court of fan opinion. Head Coach Rex Ryan
promised a Super Bowl
win to the fans and everyone else whoâd listen. His QB Mark Sanchez
, was at the helm for both of those campaigns. Dubbed the âSanchizeâ when he was drafted out of USC after only 1 year as a starter, thereâs been questions of precisely how capable an NFL
starter he has been. His critics have implied the âGangreenââs success is more linked to Ryanâs coaching, a talented defense, their running game, or some combination thereof. The trials of fan opinion expanded when the arrival of QB Tim Tebow
brought a press circus for a backup passer upon his roster addition.
Whether Tebow is only a âpunt protectorâ, Sanchezâs understudy, a Wildcat QB, or a legitimate threat to attain the starting job, the overuse of the term âpolarizingâ describing him as a sports discussion topic has reached viral proportions. The quantity of talk is so voluminous itâs inspired a segment on the NFL Networkâs NFL A.M. named âThe Daily Tebowâ. Unfortunately, the contribution from him so far in the preseason has been disappointing at best. But with Sanchez struggling just the same, the speculation continues.
In the meantime, the rest of the offense has deteriorated. WR Plaxico Burress
has parted from the team and Future Hall of Famer RB LaDanian Tomlinson

How did Mark Sanchez react to the news that the Jets had acquired Tim Tebow? Maybe not quite as well as we've been led to believe.
The fine folks over at the New York Post decided to have a little bit of fun with their NFL preview front page as they decided to depict the New York Giants as champions and the Jets as circus performers.
Check out the front page which includes Rex Ryan as a clown:

Mark Sanchez has had a tumultuous offseason, one that might make most young quarterbacks question themselves.
There has been lots of criticism from fans and media, and even anonymous teammates, the New York Jets' brief flirtation with the idea of bringing in Peyton Manning - and then the biggest trade of the offseason with Tim Tebow coming to town. The presence of the NFL'...
The 2012 NFL season is upon us, which means that football is finally back to give us reason to live once again. That also means the return of betting season for some. As always, there plenty of interesting prop bets for fans and bettors alike to look at, in an attempt to gauge what could be on the way for their favorite teams and players this season. Unsurprisingly, Indianapolis...
Yet another former NFL player was critical of the New York Jetsâ decision to trade for Tim Tebow. And where did this former NFL player do his criticizing? You guessed it, the Boomer and Carton show.
Weâve chronicled how a couple days after Boomer Esaison caught some flak for his comments that âhe would cut Tebowâ, Howie Long showed up on the Boomer and Carton show saying...
Cuts have been made, the roster is (almost) set, and Bills Jets week here. How do I know? The Jets are doing what they do best, which is running their mouths and trying to belittle the fact that Steve Johnson thinks Revis Island is a joke.
Specifically, New York Daily News reporter Manish Mehta went around asking everyone what they think of the concept that Steve Johnson âownsâ...
New York Jets QB Tim Tebow has received his fair share of criticism and attention this offseason. Some of the criticism has come from former NFL players which shared Tebowâs position, quarterback. Former Cincinnati Bengals and New York Jets QB Boomer Esiason has been one of Tebowâs harshest critics, saying earlier that âTim Tebow should be cut.â When asked about Esiasonâ...
New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez cozy with Eva Longoria?
1. When will Tim Tebow start for the New York Jets?
If you believe that Jets owner Woody Johnson signed Tim Tebow just for the wildcat offense, then there's a bridge down the street he wants you to buy, too. No. The Jets signed Tebow to light a fire under Mark Sanchez. Sanchez wears asbestos underpants. If he feels the heat, he's not showing it.

The Denver Broncos really did all they could to shore up the depth at the linebacker position. The problem remains to be the long term options at middle linebacker...
Finally, someone has perfectly captured the utter circus that is the New York Jets. Â Leave it to the New York Post to finally remember which New York team is the defending Super Bowl champs... and which New York team scores more points with their mouths than on the scoreboards. Â Yea, yea, yea, we know Rex, this is the best team you've ever coached, yada, yada, yada...
