NEW YORK—The Jets showed their love for WR Stephen Hill by getting their second round pick under contract quickly.
His four year $5 million dollar deal may not sound like blockbuster numbers, but that is thanks to the rookie salary cap.
With $2.8 million dollars guaranteed, Hill has plenty of reasons to get on the field and make a difference immediately.
He shot up the boards and became the receiver de jour by the start of the draft. He was the crucial component that was brought in to complement Tim Tebow.
