NFC West Training Camp Updates

With the first weekend of NFL Training Camp complete, I'd like to provide a quick update from not only Cardinals Camp, however other NFC West Camps as well.  Arizona Cardinals - Receiver Anquan Boldin suffered a slight hamstring pull, as did Cornerback Marcus Brown.  The Cardinals also got the chance to play indoors on the new turf inside Walkup Skydome in Flagstaff, on Saturday, due to the threat of rain.  St. Louis Rams - Second-round draft pick Receiver Donnie Avery signed a contract and was expected to be in camp for practice this weekend.  San Francisco 49ers - First-round pick, Defensive Tackle Kentwan Balmer, signed a contract on Thursday.  Training camp started yesterday July 26th.  Seattle Seahawks - First-round draft pick, Lawrence Jackson, signed his contract on Friday and became the first first-rounder to make into Seahawks camp on time since 2003.  Go Cards!
