Larry Fitzgerald or Calvin Johnson? If you were asked this question, it would be extremely tough to give an answer. Both wide receivers are elite. Both have the determination. And both have the hands. These two guys are NFL players you would want on your team and are arguably the two best receivers in the league right now. Coming out of Pittsburgh University, Larry Fitzgerald got drafted by the Arizona Cardinals, a first round, number three draft pick. From the minute he put on his pads in the year of 2004, he was and is a superstar in this league. Fitzgerald is known for his great hands. It seems as though every ball you throw to him, he will find a way to catch it, someway, somehow. Every season that he has played in the NFL has been phenomenal. He is an extremely exciting player to watch and he doesn’t look to be slowing down one bit. The bad news is, is the fact that Fitzgerald plays on a more average team with a decent quarterback throwing him the ball, unlike Matthew Stafford throwing to Megatron. Fitzgerald is the Cardinals number one go-to receiver. Fitzgerald in my opinion, is underrated and deserves more respect and credit, and because he is on the Arizona Cardinals, he does not receive the recognition he deserves. Fitzgerald also has several accomplishments and awards to top all of that off. Overall, Larry Fitzgerald is one of the best receivers in the game right now, and is definitely one of the most exciting receivers to watch. Calvin Johnson, or “Megatron,” came out of Georgia Tech University and was then drafted by the Detroit Lions, as a  first round, number two draft pick. And From there on, Fitzgerald and Johnson don’t have too many differences. Last season was Megatrons breakout year, having 96 receptions for 1,681 yards. Johnson known for catching balls pretty much on top of his helmet. His size is key. He can reach up and bring down any ball you throw to him. Johnson is a main piece to this Detroit Lions team, especially to Matthew Stafford, just like Larry Fitzgerald is to Kevin Kolb or John Skelton. Megatron is also one of the most exciting receivers to watch in the game right now and can make phenomenal grabs. Overall, Calvin Johnson is one of the best receivers in the game right now as well. What do you think? Who do you feel is the best?     Related articles
