The NFL might impose a penalty against the Jets this week for the team's failure to disclose an injury to Brett Favre 's throwing arm last season.Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league was conducting interviews on the issue. Goodell did not specify the nature of any penalty, but a fine is usually handed down in these cases.GM Mike Tannenbaum said Thursday the Jets should have put Favre on the injury reports late in the season. Favre suffered a partially torn biceps, but he didn't miss practices or games. Crying towel needed? There's no crying in football.
