A lot is being made of San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers and his struggles this season. From 2008 to 2010, Rivers has averaged 4,324 yards passing, 30.7 touchdown passes, 11 interceptions, and his QB rating has been at least 101.8 all three years. The Chargers offense has averaged 445 points per game those three seasons and has finished in the Top-5 each season.
That has not been the case this year. The Chargers are only on pace to score 368 points. Rivers is on pace to throw for 4,763 yards, which would be the highest single season total of his career. He is also on pace for only 16 touchdown passes, 25 interceptions and a QB rating of 80.7.
