The Dallas Cowboys, one game away from clinching a division championship, have just two players going to the Pro Bowl and none from the offensive side. Only outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware and nose tackle Jay Ratliff were named to the NFC squad when Pro Bowl selections were revealed Tuesday. Both were named as starters. It's the fewest number of Pro Bowl selections for the Cowboys since only defensive tackle La'Roi Glover was chosen in 2002. The Cowboys have had at least four Pro Bowl players every year since. Tight end Jason Witten saw his streak of seven straight Pro Bowls ended, although he and other players could be added as alternates. The Saints' Jimmy Graham and the Falcons' Tony Gonzalez are the NFC's Pro Bowl tight ends. The Pro Bowl squad is chosen by a vote of fans, players and coaches with each group's vote counting one-third. This is Ware's sixth-straight year to be named a Pro Bowl starter. It is Ratliff's fourth consecutive selection and his third time to be named a starter. The Cowboys aren't the only NFC East team that may be feeling snubbed. The New York Giants, the Cowboys' opponent Sunday in a game that will decide the division title, also had only two Pro Bowl selections: defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul and quarterback Eli Manning. The 2012 Pro Bowl will be played Jan. 29, a week before the Super Bowl, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Follow Keith Whitmire on Twitter: @Keith_Whitmire
